AirVis Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

Overview

AirVis Studio is a macOS tool for building, viewing, and working with Gaussian Splat scenes. It is designed around local workspaces: photos, videos, sparse models, splats, and generated project files are processed on your Mac unless you choose to export, share, or send them somewhere else.

Information We Collect

AirVis Studio does not collect analytics, account information, or the photos, videos, models, splats, and workspace files you process in the app. We do not have access to or see those local files unless you intentionally send them to us.

The app may store local settings, recent workspace references, processing status, and generated metadata on your Mac to provide the app experience. This information stays on your device unless you choose to share or move it elsewhere.

We only receive information if you choose to contact us, such as your email address, support message, feedback, or files you intentionally send. When the app checks for updates or downloads updates, our download provider may receive standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested file, date, and time.

Your Files and Workspaces

Files you select for processing, including images, videos, COLMAP-style sparse models, masks, and Gaussian Splat outputs, are kept in the local locations you choose. AirVis Studio does not publish those files automatically.

If you export files, prepare an upload package, open external tools, or otherwise move files outside the app, the destination you choose may handle those files under its own terms and privacy practices.

How Information Is Used

We use information you choose to provide to respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, improve AirVis Studio, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Update request information is used to deliver app updates and operate download services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. AirVis Studio does not share your local workspaces, photos, videos, models, splats, or generated files, and we do not have access to or see those files unless you intentionally send them to us.

If you choose to contact us for support, your message is handled only as needed to respond to you. Standard update and download requests may be processed by our download provider to deliver the requested files.

Third-Party Services

AirVis Studio may interoperate with third-party tools or services, including user-installed command-line tools, app update services, download hosting, and links to external websites. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Retention

Local project files remain on your Mac until you delete them. Support communications and operational records are retained only as long as needed for support, business operations, security, and legal compliance.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so use of AirVis Studio remains at your own risk.

Your Choices

You can manage local files through Finder and the app's workspace locations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us.
